You'll send us photos and inspiration for your room and from there, Alexandra and her team will work on making the room feel complete, cohesive, and looking its best.
These packages are available to customers in Canada, USA and UK only. We tailor the product suggestions to where you live.
You will receive your completed package within 60 days after submitting your questionnaire answers. Please submit your details within seven days from purchase. If you don't submit your details when requested, or if details we need are missing, we can no longer guarantee this timeline.
Please be aware that this VMC offering does not include a call with Alexandra, a 3D moodboard or a floorplan. If you are looking for a more substantial overhaul, you might want to check out our Call with Alexandra + Virtual Makeover Consultation.
Please note! Team AG has the right to refund your purchase if your space is deemed out of scope of what the virtual makeover consultation can provide. This decision will be made once you fill out the form sent to you in a separate email. This includes if you are doing a renovation and your space requires an architect or contractor or if your functional needs are out of scope for us to solve virtually.
Designs are final. So much time and care is put into each custom design and due to the high volume of packages sold, we aren't able to consult further (via email or a call) once you have received your custom package.

One purchase equals one room.
If the room you are submitting includes two rooms in one, like a living room/dining room, you will have to make two separate purchases for each room.
You will receive your custom plan back in 60 days from when you send in all the required information.
Once you purchase a package, you will be emailed a form to complete, asking for all relevant information.
