This outlet cover is already primed. Give it a light sand (I recommend 200 grit sandpaper). Paint it with the colour of your choice. I recommend a door and trim paint.

Each outlet cover comes with screws for easy install.

Paint It Yourself Cover Plate

Negative -- It wasn't properly sanded on the sides. Luckily, I had sand paper lying around to complete the job. The product should have been properly finished on all sides.

Positive -- It's a cute design and I was able to install them easily.
